The Indian Culinary Institute provides this opportunity at UG and PG level of studies. The thrust research area of the Institute lies in documentation of Indian Culinary Heritage along with revival of millet based Indian recipes, international trend in Indian Cuisine, Chocolates, Standardization of Indian recipes through laboratory test etc.
